MyPhone only actually teased one specific feature: the 1.5GHz Turbo quad core CPU. That would most likely mean that the Iceberg Mini will be sporting the popular MediaTek MT6589T SoC under the hood. In case you guys weren’t aware, the T variant of the MT6589 series features an overclocked CPU and GPU compared to the regular variant. The MT589T has an overclocked 1.5GHz CPU and 357MHz GPU versus the regular MT6589, which is only clocked at 1.2GHz for the CPU and 286MHz for the GPU.
It makes sense for the MyPhone Iceberg Mini to feature the more powerful MT6589T since it is also expected to feature a 5″ full HD IPS screen. Other leaked specs include 2GB RAM, a 13mp BSI rear-facing autofocus camera, and 5mp BSI front camera. No news yet on how much storage it has, how large the battery will be, or even how much it will sell for at launch. However, MyPhone was kind enough to give us a release date: November 29, 2013 at the Market Market Activity Center. Major participating credit cards are accepted if you want to take advantage of their 24 month installment plan at 0% interest.
