Kata Venus 3 launched Price Php3,999. Kata is a brand that’s based in Hong Kong and the Philippines, is relatively new in the local scene. Kata products are geared toward the budget-conscious crowd but the company is able to strike a good balance between low price and good quality. I have tried Kata phones and tablets before and I was quite impressed with how good they are for the price they are being offered.
